icecube Posted March 8, 2007 Share Posted March 8, 2007 Composite bows are slower than shortbows but stronger. They also have the range of a longbow. Shortbows still are better than any composite bow, even mage shorts are better than mage comps. They're mostly great for looks, but for training, stick with short bows.
