And by the way,we don't have anything against the Brits either, if it weren't for them we would have never progressed into the Modern Age, although some of them did get the unusual urge to create a massacre. don't believe everything you read. first off several of the police forces are being quoted on other news stations, papers, ect. as saying that they were surprised at seeing the terrorists because they expected them to look more like them but they were white, had blonde hair, and punk rock hair styles. 2nd there are reports of them tieing red cords around their wrist this is a hindu practice, not muslim. 3rd there are reports coming in that the terrorists stayed at a hotel and ordered alot of alchohol before the attack, this again, is not a muslim practice. and finally what would this achieve for Pakistan by starting a potential war with india? Many have the same doubts. However the captured terrorist himself confessed that he was a Pakistani national and the group trained in a well known Pakistani terrorist group LeT Or Lashkar-e-Taliba. A few personal items with Pakistani origins have been found with the terrorists. This has Pakistani hand written all over it. I assume the appearance was a divisionary tactic. We have enough proof to prove that ISI is behind these attacks As for the last question, I have absolutely no idea. The purpose of terrorism is to cause terror and loss of faith in the government, not necessarily war, though.

This is a major political goof up. Our politicians were idiots, this incident just made all of us realize that. The terrorist were better equipped than our police force, they (the mumbai police)didn't stand a chance with those outdated rifles. Kudos to the NSG commandos and all those who were involved in the operation, if it weren't for them I shudder to think what would have happened. The economic crisis will affect everyone, even JaGex. Although it may not be a public company and does not rely on stocks there is still a risk. JaGex must be storing their money in some bank(I doubt they have a dungeon guarded with helldogs), they might have even taken a loan form some bank. Now if that bank crashes or shuts down, it could spell a lot of trouble for JaGex, possibly a shutdown. im not sure if any of this is correct though

In a game of over a million players, that is inevitable. There are bound to be different views and perspectives. You can't please everybody all the time. No matter how hard you try, you will always get mixed reactions. A good example is the wildy update. Some loved it, some didn't care and some downright hated it. And about the PvP worlds, a big no. Making them P2P only isn't a good incentive to become a member. It's just another incentive to rant about. Most F2Pers don't become members because they cant afford it or because their parents don't allow it. Making PvP worlds P2P won't change that. And since the wilderness was free for all I think everybody has a right to the PvP worlds. Actually members stuff doesn't work on F2P servers. I saw a guy with a D long on an F2P server fighting a cockroach. All he could do was kick at it, and the granite armor wasn't helping :lol:

I think both are quite useful. A D long is more of a balanced weapon. Where it lacks in speed, it makes up for it in power. It requires a fairly easy quest to do, has a decent special and looks pretty cool 8-) And although the D long may not be the fastest dragon weapon, it still fares better than the Dragon 2h or dragon B axe(in terms of speed), doesn't it? ;) However, if you can do the monkey madness quest, D scim is the best choice for you. (Sorry if I repeated anything anyone else said, I didn't read the whole topic)

What updates? I've been a bit out of touch with everything to be honest :? Anyways I hope it gets used for a new quest. Maybe the rats mutated into some hiedious beast and we have to save everyone using the swimming skill :D

Recently I was browsing the RS world map and saw the good ol' tutorial island. I thought they had taken it off the map seeing that its now replaced with the new one. I wonder what will happen to it? Perhaps it will be deleted and be replaced by those mysterious black squares. Or remain there, forgotten and neglected, having no purpose or, dare I say it, become the start of a totally awesome new F2P quest? :mrgreen: (just kidding) I'm sure many of the NPCs would be getting lonely lol So, what do you think will happen to it? Post your thoughts

I am perfectly aware of it. But do you know why? It's because if people stopped seeing Ads no company would want to advertise on Runescape thus reducing the amount of revenue collected from the Ads However if Jagex themselves gave an option of hiding the Ad after 2-3 minutes then, like I said before, it would serve the purpose of the Ad and reduce the lag created by it. Eg. Suppose you want to play Runescape and an Ad form an X company appears on top. Jagex has given the 'Hide Ad' option. But you can only use it after 2 mins. You are still forced to see the Ad, meaning that it is still an Ad and companies will still pay for it.

Well this is the best tactic I've come up with Inventory Dragon Dagger p++, 4 Prayer Pots, 1 Super set, 1 Varrock teletab rest all sharks Armour Rune full with D long and Dragon Dagger p++ Tactic Drink the super set, put magic pray on, wield Dragon Dagger p++ and use all specials on the Demon, wield D long and keep attacking the Demon, potting and eating whenever needed

The most annoying thing on F2P are Ads. Its literally an AD AD world. They make me lag so much! (I have a horrible computer) Jagex should allow us to hide these Ads. Yes they do pay for the F2P servers, but then again- What's the point of an Ad? To present some information about the product so that the viewer might get attracted to it and consider buying it. An average person would normally take... say, 15 seconds to read the Ad, understand it and decide weather to buy it or not. After that the Ad is completely useless and rather annoying. Yes Mr Seller, I understand what your trying to sell me, but face it, I don't want to buy the product and no amount of flashy text is going to change my decision :roll: It's like being stuck out of your house while being followed by a persistent door to door salesman :wall: Of course some people might exploit this feature buy continually hiding Ads and reducing the revenue for Jagex. So just put a limit, you won't be able to hide the Ads before, let's be generous, 2-3 mins? You are still forced to see the Ad, serving its purpose and keeping its value while reducing the lag created buy the Ad :thumbsup: So what do you think? Should Jagex allow us to hide Ads?

I became a member a few days ago and I need help on Monkey Madness.(I havent started it yet) My stats are- 71 CB(i think) 61 Attk 56 Str 52 Def 53 Mage 40 Range 40 Crafting 53 Mining 58 Hitpoints 43 Pray 60 WC 52 Smithing 3 Herblore 4 Summoning Armour- Rune full Weapon(s)- Dragon Long, Dragon Dagger(P++) Quests- All F2P Quests All fired up Creature of Fenkenstrain Drudic Ritual Fight Arena The Grand Tree Lost city Priest in Peril Tree Gnome Village Witch's House Wolf Whislte My budget is 300k-350k(including food,pots,spare armour/weapons,teleports etc) I currently have around 110k and my current money making method is Pure Essence mining My Questions are- 1)Can the quest be done at this level/stage? 2)If not then what do you suggest? 3)What would be the best food(s),potion(s),armour and weapon(s)at this budget? 4)Do you have any better, cheaper and faster way of making money? Well thats about it, If you have any tips or tactics on defeating the demon, feel free to tell me.
