  1. I do have membership. I don't pk p2p because I have absolutely no idea how to and I don't have 94 mage for veng.
  2. Well, this is basically the only reason I've ever played rs. Pking. I quit awhile back when the old wilderness was replaced by the original bounty hunter, and started again recently when the new BH was introduced, Still disappointed, Jagex sucks. Anyways, these are some of my kills. All, except the last 4, are from 1 day. August 8.
  3. Actually, he mentions that he's risked and lost a great deal before in the wild. Though those were due to his own mistakes, and in that case he just "lol'd" as anyone would. The fact that he lost it due to a DDOS is what is [bleep] messed up about this. Anyone who hacks to get the better of someone else is just [bleep]. Sucks, sorry for the loss. And for those of you who have been posting about 'pk honor', I'd like to know where the honor is in DDOS'ing. If rushing is at a certain level of cowardice then I'd like to know where hacking falls.
  4. attack: 80 strength: 90 defence: 75 hitpoints: 84 range: 60 mage: 74 prayer: 60 im thinking 70 pray, 99 strength, 99 attack
  5. I'll DM as well. F2P. Stats are pretty much exact same, 76 attack 90 strength 73 defence 56 prayer 82 hp 99 combat oh..forgot my rsn: infam0us_meh btw stats are going up... 78att 75def 83hp 100cb
  6. Listen to your own advice. Anyways, I think an update like this would affect one thing in all of f2p, that is PvP. Since it is an update to combat we can look at combat as PvE and PvP. As much as everybody would like mage to become a viable option for PvE it is out of the question (IMO) for F2P. Mage simply costs too much, and making money on F2P is one of the most annoying things I've come across. As for range and melee PvE, they are relatively stable and used quite equally and do not need a boost in power as there are no bosses or monsters that require extensive weapons. Now in PvP the problem is that a level 99 is usually only capable of KO-ing with a 31 (or 32 or 33, usually 31). Or if you looked at corrupt dragon equipment you'd notice that a CD Battle-Axe can offer a max hit of 36, so your all wrong (:. Anyways, KO-ing with a 31 is absolutely fine for F2P as it works perfectly fine. Though I do agree that the F2P combat triangle is more of a line, range needs a little bit of an improvement and mage needs alot.
  7. I'd say it depends on the person? Personally Slayer would be far easier as it involves combat. I can enjoy any part of runescape as long as I'm fighting and killing something. Runecrafting, and any other skill for that matter is mind numbingly boring and I would be surprised to get any over 70 willingly. In other words, easiness depends on the amount of personal effort and dedication you would have to put into it. Thus, different for everyone. EDIT: If there were no online guides for runescape, I'd have to say slayer would be a much harder skill to level. Runecrafting is the exact same from level 1 to 99, its just the altar that changes. Slayer on the other hand; Lets say someone receives Turoths as their slayer task for the first time: "wth is that?!?".
  8. Read the above post. I did read it... You honestly think that by making a bunch of F2p'ers hp double is going to make Playerkilling most exiting? I mean, they struggle enough as it is to hit a decent number and by doubling the HP is will take TWICE as long to kill someone. I definitely dont support this version of your idea, however i would support increasing the xp related to hitpoints. This wouldn't affect F2P pker's in the slightest bit, if you've ever gone F2P pking you would know that even if a level 116 had 99 hp, he/she would let the opposing player attack them till their hp is around level 25-30 or lower (a point at which the opposing player is capable of pulling off a KO with a rune 2h). At this point they simply eat 1 or 2 swordfish/lobster to bring their hp above the KO bar, so anywhere above 35hp. This applies to pretty much every type of F2P pker, even at lower levels. Though personally I don't think it should be that your hit points are double your level, 198 hp is far too high and would make many aspects of the game ridiculously easy. Instead say from levels 1 -33 you get 1 hit point for every level, then from 34 - 66 you get 1.5 hit points for every level, from level 67 to 99 you would get 2 hit points for every level. Thus the max is 148.5, a decimal but I'm too lazy to come up with numbers that will produce an even number.
  9. Why does everyone say this? I have close stats to him and I wreck just about every pure that I fight...just get some str pots, full rune and a rune scim you'll be fine. Turn on the attack and strength prayers toward the end of the fight when you want to hit high for a KO. Go past level 20 wildy because most of the pures that I've fought (not all) seem like 8 year old kids who call you a "sad safer nub" then run away or tele when they can't hit through your defense. Actually, yes, his only option would be to go and get owned by pretty much every pure near his combat level. When you're running into the wild with your 60 or so defence and full rune, your going to get probably one or two fights in upto about 2 to 3 hours, unless you go in deep and look for random wanderers Most people have realised that in f2p (since we only have rune weapons) using rune armor with any def level over 40 is simply a waste of time because every fight would last far too long, be far too boring, and makes it nearly impossible to get a kill (unless you team up and fight anywhere north of varrock, or at dark knight fortress; in which case any account is usable as this style of pvp relies mostly on how many people you have) So, if he wants to do any pking (by that i mean actualy be able to get someone who will fight him), his only option is to go into the wild with around 60 attack, defence, and strength while wearing robes and get completely run over ...and, to the original post: Your best option is to leave defence as it is and get strength up alot and attack up abit Attack should be at 65 - 70 and strength at 80 - 85, you should be able to pk relatively okay by then.
