The card I used wasn't green. Problem is though that they said it would only be obtainable by buying a card. I think it would be a slap in the face to anyone who went out and spend money on a card since a lot of people went out of their way to add that extra card just for the skin. The best solution would just be to offer it to people who are using different payment methods. :P

It kinda is.. Although this offer is limited to the dates above, the colour change option will be permanently available once unlocked, so zombies, sugar-fiends and those spending time in Burgh de Rott can maintain an appropriately peaky pallor all year round. It was made to be a promo for those who bought membership via cards on Halloween. People have already paid for it, why would Jagex tell everyone that it was for the above dates only and then turn around and say something like "Actually we are making it free now, TROLOLOLOLOLOL!"

WTF is World of Tanks and why does everyone keep saying that the Golden Scythe has something to do with the GJA?

I ended up getting a game card for it, but I pay via game cards anyways, so this wasn't really a big deal for me. I wish the green was darker (as dark as the Zombie Costume) but I don't really care.

I have a 2003 Scythe myself, and I have no problem with the Golden Scythe coming into existence as long as it isn't a blatant rip off of the 2003 scythe. However, if the Golden Scythe turns out to be a rip off of the 2003 scythe, I will be barking for a while, and not the bark you find on trees.

FINALLY got a damn Abby Demon head. I believe I had camped 2 spawns for 5 days, I don't even know how many clue scrolls I did and I ended up gaining roughly 800 crimson charms. I'm free, free from the abyss!!!

One of the problems is that while they are saying things like this, they have taken steps back such a R.A.F. & B.A.R. How are players suppose to believe/want to help Jagex when they introduce updates that help botters/RWTers? I hope it's true, I really do, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised if they said "We give up, we are now selling bot programs that you are allowed to use!"

Ahh.. my favorite of all events, Halloween! The update hint looks great, I was even surprised with "The Pit" because the NPCs look great!
