To be honest skill capes take alot longer to get and much harder i believe. Not to mention costly in some areas in that category. Quests are there to help us break the dreaded repetition to get xp for that elusive 99..becuase if every1 really thinks down deep and looks. We all want 99s in some sort of skill and in most cases 2 at least ..for that trim and extra splash of color. Plus skill capes can prove to the whole community that this character is a dedicated player. So what my goal is in Geilinor is to keep doing quests the day they come out and continually get more 99's. In the long run I will have more capes than those that do not do either or. And hopefully have more respect in the world I live there.

Well im pretty sure if they have any database management skills, they always back up their data. So if your account gets deleted by accident they could recover it. Now if it gets deleted becuase you are a moron and call jagex mods names or break to many rules, then its your own fault. I have no worries about this honestly. So to me its a null question. But to answer the question, yes i would start over. I have way to many friends from around the world to just up and quit.

When doing no combat skills, I usually wear my norm clothes with my pith helmet and boots lightness. As my spottier cape adorns my backside to keep the chill off. If you want to see me greatness, then I just tell people to look at highscores, it says all.

I think any that calls some1 that is training a skill to 99 (no matter the reason they training it) a noob or nolifer is in fact a noob themselves. I have 7 99's and working on my 8th. The reason I am getting 99's is to max all my skills. I dont have to enjoy it to make it meaningful. I do it becuase it makes me money in most situations. For all them people out there that bug us skillers, find the nearest highest cliff and try grow wings and learn to fly! You are more pathetic than the ppl that complain about not having a 99 skill yet do not work at them.
