For Task M12, I was able to open doors without having the keyring in my inventory.

 

For Task M10, the items required are also 2 Buckets of Water and 2 Barley Malt, as per the Cooking Guide for Brewing.

 

For Task H11, one of the items required is also a Hollow Bark. (Task M18 can also mention to hold onto the bark you chop for this task).
