I trained to 85 mining (on p2p but that doesnt matter) mining coal and superheating addy bars in the guild. It is slow training but it gets magic, smithing, and mining xp and it is nowhere near as boring as power training either skill. few hundred addy bars a day is very good target On f2p however your best bet might be superheating mith bars and then smithing mith plates to alch. Youll make money in the end doing this whereas you'd need 88 smithing to make addy plates. So I guess i recommend making mith plates
