Neo posted on the rants forum about him being pushed down to second and a jagex mod posted that it was a bug, and it will be hard to fix. So until they fix it, people will be jumping around in ranks if they have 200m xp.

August 13, 200619 yr Maybe Jagex just has it out for neo... I think they don't like all the ppl using x's in their name, it must anger them for some reason. There are 10 types of people in the world - those that understand binary and those that don't!
