Is there a way to arrange the tool bars [home, forward/back buttons - bookmark bar - tab bar]. Also, any recommendations on a theme which will darken the tool bars?

currently there's an offer for students to upgrade to windows 7. I was wondering if people with experience of it would recommend paying that price? currently using vista.

Loving songbird so far. Any recommended add-ons for it? Found a handy one to get rid of duplicate tracks. Is there one that turns it into a mini player on the task bar ala WMP when minimised?
Any pointers as to how to tweak vista to make it even faster? I'm not having any problems now but certinely wouldn't mind it running faster if possible!
