  1. well if you want me to come up with bull-@$%& answer, I cna do that :P When it collects enough mass from the moisture in the air, the added resistance causes it to slow to the point where the cold is enough to overcom the hat from friction on the atmosphere, and it frezes. That's not true, but it sounds that way, doesn't it?
  2. it doesn't require energy to freeze, just to unfreeze, which it gathers from friction as it passes through layers of atmosphere. The extra mass comes from the moisture in the air and th wter vapor especially at higher altitudes. Who said anything about max velocity? 2.9 m/s^2. Gravity is a rate of acceleration, and unless its traveling at the speed of light, it hasn't reached max velocity. k'thx.
  3. I didn't do 25-5=20 I did (25-5)-5 as in the number 25 minus 5 minus 5
  4. I put your cellphone in a fish tank, so you're wrong. in fluid mechanics, any object completely submerged in water or any other fluid (such as air) would have exactly equal pressure on all sides and all surface area, so it's not possibe for anything to rise in the water because that is motion and motion takes energy or force off-balanced in one direction, which can't be possible if we're to believe the laws of fluid mechanics. Now disprove the theory of fluid mechanics, you hapless technoweenies.
  5. (25-5)-5=15 If there are 40 people in a room, there is a 90% probability that 2 of them share the same date for their birthday. (Yes, it's the birthday paradox. I know you were all waiting for someone to bring it up. Now disprove it!) Okay, here's the math: http://www.damninteresting.com/?p=402#more-402
