I'd buy: 99 Cooking supplies 99 Fletching supplies 99 Mage supplies Tree seeds, and at 75 Farming, as many Mage seeds as I can afford Have 50 mil left over to save :D

In addition to the spawn at barbarian agility place there are spawns in lvl 19 wilderness and Khazard. If you're patient you can get a lot. But otherwise, yeah, sawmill guy, which in the long run can be expensive. Like 700k in 3 days....
