I thought that was illegal in the game, to exchange gp within rs for items outside of rs. so couldnt you get banned for selling sig's for rs gp? just wandering if this is correct of not

this is the first thing ive tryed to make, and when i try to post my avatar, it is the right size, but it says it needs to be a jpg or png file, MS paint does bmp files, so how do i change this bmp file into a jpg or png file?(NVM FIXED)
