  1. Thanks for replying sam but do you know how often I would fail or what xp/hr I'd get there?
  2. I'm wondering which method to use to go from Lvl 63 agility. Zandalf's guide on the forums recommends switching at 64 to the Arena but people have told me the blade jumping for xp slows you down and uses to much food. I can do a lap of the Wildy course in about 50 seconds but would 1k tickets be faster to get? Also what would the Ape Atoll course be like for someone of my level? Would I fail so much that it'd be pointless or would it still be good xp?
  3. Can I have $100 please? :P Where did you get the idea that smart people don't want to post their IQs on an internet forum? That is a pretty big generalisation and you forget that quite a number of people are boastful and want recognition for their acheivments or what they can do. Seeing as this is the case why wouldn't people say what their IQ was?
  4. Yeah Satenza I agree that they really are worthless. For a start none of them test all of your intelligences and secondly most are knowledge not IQ based. In school a bunch of people were put in for them last year and then again this year and some guys score went up by 7 points. Kinda weird seeing as supposedly there is no way to raise your IQ.
  5. I call [cabbage] on that. From the United Kingdom MENSA website you need to meet the following requirements if you didn't take their IQ test.... A top 2% mark in any of these frequently used tests below qualifies you for entry to Mensa. The minimum test mark to get into Mensa is: Cattell III B - 148 Culture Fair - 132 Ravens Advanced Matrices - 135 Ravens Standard Matrices - 131 Wechsler Scales - 132 And since you claim to have never taken an IQ test but still be part of MENSA - get the [bleep] out. If you're going to lie, at least do some research first [wagon]. Edit - more info here, since you state the first game you played was Spyro (released November 1998) and you state you were 5. That means you're not actually 14 yet. And 14 is the minimum age to be accepted into Mensa. Notice the massive difference between the lowest and highest test scores? That's why this thread's a bit useless - depending on which test you do you'll have different scores. What you should actually do is look for % scores and not actual scores or get the test scores. Plus the different tests do different types of intelligences. I know because I've done 2 out of those 5. Cattel III B is your litery intelligence with small amounts of logical intelligence. I got 154 in it (~1.5%). Raven's Advanced Matrices is more mathmatical, logical and puzzle based. I got 156 in it (~1% as far as remember). And this isn't BS because I am actually a member of Mensa. Oh and don't trust Online tests because I got 197 in one I did a few mins ago - complete BS scores.
  6. and what exactly is the "better part of someone "making love" over the pm"? Flav0falcon I think he was just saying he got nearly a minute of listening to some making love over pm not that he got the better part of it. Some of these wps are funny but a lot are kinda disturbing.
  7. Harrington isn't it Peter F. Hamilton? I'm pretty sure that's his name not Hamilty. Anyway I thought I read a lot of SF but Hamilton is the only one out of that list I recognize. Haven't read though because Dad says I'm not old enough to . I know enough about Hamilton to say if you like him try reading Alastair Reynolds Revelation Space series. Its a good series but I thought it was slightly anti-climatic. Pushing Ice was another good book by him. You could also check out Dan Simmons and Richard Morgan. They're both pretty good SF authors. You know you have David Drake on that list twice? Is he THAT good?
  8. I would have to agree with everyone who said Eddings. First Fantasy author I ever read and completely got me hooked. Redemption of Althalus was a good read but my favourite was the Belgaried and Malleorian. They're good books to read if you're starting fantasy. If you like Eddings you should check out Raymond E. Feist. Read his Rift War Saga - some of the best Fantasy out there. DON'T read any of the stuff he writes with other authors - it is no were near as good as the other stuff and just plain boring at times. Servant of the empire series especially. Surprised no one has mentioned Tolkien so far - hes really good if you haven't seen the movies and you should stay away from the stuff his son has got at. It doesn't sound the same as Tolkien himself but its OK - the Silmarillion hasn't changed that much but Children of Hurin you have to wonder about. Asimov is brilliant if you're into Sci-Fi, robots and that. If you like Asimov read Iain M. Banks. Some of the best modern sci-fi out there. I love all the Culture based novels and the one I'd recommend the most would have to be Player Of Games or maybe Use Of Weapons. Don't confuse Iain Banks with Iain M. Banks though - they're the same guy but the M. one is for SF, other is for contemporary novels. Another good Fantasy author is Terry Pratchett - one of the funniest guys I have ever read. The Death and Guard series are my favourite.
  9. I think it looks a lot better now. Its easier to navigate and doesn't use as much space. Very nice. Maybe you could add pictures for the recommended equipment?
  10. jagex knows that if you want wine its gotta be chilled 8-) But that doesn't work. In Runescape we only have red wine which is supposed to be served at room temperature. There are very few red wines which are best served chilled. And how does this explain the banana? I've tried eating frozen banana (don't ask) and it didn't work too well.
  11. The wine's pretty common actually. Pretty useful for training there as long as you don't mind the effect. And I just found out that Chaos Dwarf's drop tomatoes as well. Maybe they use it to make their own pizzas?
  12. That's pretty funny at this time in the night - banana ice cream. Anyway mines similar. I got cheese from a Chaos Dwarf. Didn't even know they dropped cheese.
  13. That could make playing a little difficult. Imagine that - closing you're eyes each time you had to bank something. That could have some funny results.
  14. Hi Jimmy. Nice guide. Could you post average times and run energy used for each trip? I'd like to know how fast this xp is. And for the herb garden as well please. OK Jimmy I got rid of the message like you asked.
  15. I suppose not many people have to do it or they don't think about it anymore.
  16. I can't see the image. But I reckon this would be pretty useful to have as long as you kept it updated. And Could you put up the SNVG file as well - that would make it even more useful.
  17. No you answered my question pretty well actually. Thanks.
  18. Well you could have sold that stuff for 2 mill if you had the time. And is your signature correct? It says you retired but are you really if you just lost membership?
  19. OK here what happens after you lose your membership. When you log in you will appear in Lumbridge. Any member's items you have on you will remain on you but you will not be able to take them off and put them back on. Any member's objects in your inventory cannot be equipped or put in your bank (like you have 10 guam leaves in your inventory but none in bank - can't store them)unless you already have 1 in your bank (you have 10 guam leaves in your inventory but 1 in the bank - you can store them). Any member items in your bank will remain there but you won't be able to take them out. If you have more than 7.5 rows (total F2P bank space) of stuff in your bank you can't put any thing more into it. Stuff you already had in your bank you can add to. I hope that helps you understand it.
  20. BSmovies I'm pretty sure you're wrong. I think I have more than 7 and a half rows of F2P items in my bank from when I was a member. I can still use them. However member's items do become locked. But I think what justj2 is complaining about is the lack of bank space after being a member and then going F2P.
  21. I'm sorry you had to drop you're items. I know the pain of having to chose between keeping them or saving them when you go from P2P to F2p. I chose to keep mine though. Anyway I think this is a suggestion and so should go Here. Also if you still are a member you should check this guide.
  22. I don't really understand what you're suggesting here. So could you answer these questions for me? Does this PK Tab have a limit? Isn't it basically another inventory that stuff goes when you kill someone? Why are you limited to destroying rather than dropping things? If I killed someone and got food could I use the food from this PK Tab? If you're killed will stuff in this PK Tab go to the person who killed you PK Tab? Seeing as you said this PK Tab would act as a conduit to your bank I'm going to have to say I don't support. That provides such an easy way to abuse. Here's an example: I decide to mine some rune. I get my friend to come along with me. I mine the ore and he kills me. The ore goes to his PK Tab (i.e. His bank) were it can't be PKed. We switch world's and repeat. This could be done for massive amounts of things, basically creating a massive inventory.
  23. Silver I have just done some testing and have found that all picks but mithril weigh around 2kg (it might be a fraction more or less). Mithril picks only weigh 1kg though. If you want I'll get some pictures up and show you. Chaotix hope you get that piece of Guthan's tonight. And enjoy you're holiday.
  24. If you're going to mine in the abyss I'd say use a mithril one because it is the only weightless pick in the game. Aside from that I wish you the best of luck with you're goal and hopefully you'll not get pked at all.
  25. Good luck with your goals. Here's a few things that might make it easier to get some of your goals: Crafting - Range/Melee Cows and use the leather dropped to get 40 crafting on hard leather. It'll be faster and if you bury the bones you might get a prayer level or 2. Prayer - I found killing chickens in champions guild to be really fast prayer xp. You just kill the chicken pick up the feathers and bones, bury bones. Magic - Casting curse with a high negative mage bonus is pretty quick and cheap. Hope it helps. If not good luck anyway.
