not that bad for a second. Nice use of colours and good idea :) if you want a rating 8/10 if I was rating for it being your second. If i was just rating it 6/10 cos of some weird linework

with the water it needs to have bigger lumps rather than just very fine light points, also the reflection needs to be mroe vibrant.
