Latency is the propper name for lag. It's basically the time of how long it takes information to be sent. Obviously the better connection, the less lag. It also happens when there are lots of people doing something at once. Hope that helps!

Hi. Hopefully this will explain what you have to do: 1. Get 27 UNNOTED pure essences. 2. Go to world 99, take of all your armor and head over to Entrana. 3. Trade with the crafters in the red Zamorak outfits. 4. Trade them your 27 unnoted essences, and they should give you 27 noted, and 27 laws. 5. Go to the bank, and unnote. 6. Repeat steps 2-5. Yes, you will need to let Jagex know that this has happened. You can do so by submitting a bug/fault :)

You will need to go and see Ned in Draynor again. I did this quest a long time a go, so I don't know whether he will need some more planks, nails etc. :) Good Luck! :wink:

They can be at any world at any time. They often go to the Yew places to get rid of maros, and you sometimes see them at partys. :)

Yes you simply click on the 'PrtSc' button or the 'Print Screen' button somewhere near the top of your keyboard. You can then simple paste into a paint program. Good Luck. ;)

It can sometimes be resolved by your friend signing in an out. But it's difficult to tell your friend to do that. Good Luck!
