I'm actually well-educated on the subject of EV's/IV's, natures, etc. but I've never really battled somebody before so I have 0 strategy :rolleyes: When making my team, should I just put 31 IV's in everything? Is that a standard procedure? Or should I use a Random Number Generator to make up ones?

Adding on to the thing on biofuels, just the stalks of corn can be used to produce energy. The stalks are going to be there as waste either way from feeding people, so why not use it?
