I was actually considering suggesting to make an Off Topic only contest (considering enough ppl dont actually play runescape) for the title change. 1 month duration, 20k starting cash, person to make the most money by the end wins. Minimum of 5 different stocks bought/sold. It's fun This should we fun. How should we do it? Apparently duncdar2 is going to set it up. Shadow has a good history with forum competitions, but duncdar2 wants to host it.

I do agree that it does get confusing. You see the advertising part and then think that reporting it under that category is wrong. I don't think rewording it would take too much time.

No it's not. It's the same thing when places won't accept $50 or $100 dollar bills. Places can accept whatever money they want. This is straight from the U.S. treasuries website. I get like 500 levels, plus 2 more map packs that I could buy and a level editor. It was definitly worth the $5 purchase. Oh. I was talking about the original N. Not N+. I had N+ on my DS, but after playing on the PC, it just seems so much harder to manoeuvre. And you can get the level editor on PC aswell. The developer console is inbuilt. Free of cost and much easier GUI.[/hide] Yeah, I know you were talking about the original game, I just mentioned N+ as well. Both are challenging and fun.

Pffft. The Bloons Tower Defence games are OK, but the original dart throwing ones with the monkey are much more fun. I never said Tower Defense was better than the original's, just that I remember having fun with them. They're all awesome games. I also remember Line Rider and the N game being very popular as well. Yes, exactly. The man shouldn't be so angry that he had to wak 10 - 15 miles to his house after his car was towed. He was the one who parked it where it was clearly not allowed. And hence it was towed. No one's fault but his own. However if it was towed away for no reason, [highly unlikely], I'm sure this would be much more humourous. But right now, that guy, is acting like a child. I do agree with that. He shouldn't be angry that he got caught parking where he wasn't supposed to, but he is still allowed to pay in whatever method he chooses. What I don't like though, is that he is punishing the clerk, even though she did nothing wrong. It was the driver of the tow truck who took his car away, not this poor lady.

It's legal tender. She can't refuse it. Just like the video said, it's a federal crime to refuse legal tender. As for the questions 1) Do You agree with the methods of the video? Sure, they have every right to pay in whatever method they choose. 2) Is the lady within her rights of denying the pennys? No, she is commiting a federal crime by refusing legal tender. 3) Why do we have the penny's if we cant do this? Penny's are generally for the small transactions, but there is no law saying they can't be used for larger purchases.

All the Bloons games are addicting. I used to play the original TD in school before they blocked the site. They are very fun time wasters.

It'll be interesting to see if it is easier to level your pokemon if you use it. I hate to think what happens if it dies while you have a pokemon transfered to it though. :? Top of page 39. I think I'll add it to the first post.
