I'm tempted to just lock the thread until next Wednesday now. :^_^: Like I said Napalm, my adventures on /b/ are pretty much limited to you laugh you lose threads.

/b/ gets worse in the summer because people are out of school and can post all day long. During school a lot of people are in class during the day, so /b/ is *tolerable*. I still like /tv/ and /v/ more than /b/ though. My /b/ browsing is mostly for you laugh you lose threads.

Summer[bleep]s have ruined /b/ at the moment. I'll start browsing again when I'm in my dorm next semester. I made a post in Forum updates to see if it's possible to get that feature back, seany.

Before we moved to IPB, the forums we used had a feature that warned you that posts had been added to a topic when you were typing your response. This was useful for checking if someone had answered a specific question you were gong to reply to, or adding something into your comment to respond to someone who had just posted. This feature was lost in the switch, and I was wondering if there was some way for us to get a feature similar to it on IPB?

I visit whatever websites I want and still maintain a civil attitude when posting. ;) It's not much to expect the same from everyone else. Also, you can go on /b/ and not become a /b/tard.

I really wish that we still had "these were posted while you were typing your response" feature from the previous boards. It was really useful for topics that get lots of replies.

You guys remind me of 4chan when you celebrate reaching a certain page. It's like when /b/ tries to hit post 33000000 or something like that.

I got a Black Ops disc for $32 brand new from amazon three weeks after it was released.

And will be in almost every FPS game that you come across. Just something you have to deal with. As with Black Ops, I'll only get this if I can find it for ~$30 or less. I'm not paying $60 for the same game reskinned.

My profile>profile>manage ignored users>add whoever you wish. You can't ignore mods or admins but any regular user you can. It will just collapse their post into a bar that asks if you wish to view it.

I was able to successfully recover my data onto a flash drive using the Ubuntu disk. Looks like I'll have to wait until my dad gets back to see if he has a windows 7 disc. This laptop came preloaded with windows 7 and I only have my windows recovery discs. Thanks for the help. :)

The hard drive hasn't made any noise that I've noticed. I'm guessing that all my data is inaccessible now?

I've had the same problem at the Miscellenia kingdom throne room. I'd whitescreen right as I opened the door to get in the room with advisor Grihm. I have no idea what causes it though.

I'm getting annoyed that we haven't had content that lasts more than 30 mins this month. The quest was extremely short, the troll wave defense, though fun, took barely 20 mins and can only be repeated for experience once a month, and the loyalty program won't introduce any new content that will occupy any additional time. The loyalty thing doesn't even feel like a proper update, mainly cosmetic/emote stuff. I hope July offers some solid content. Right now it feels like we haven't had any real updates in a while.
