is it easy to get a santa hat through rnue mining?

Well ive always wanted to be a rune miner. Ive tried before, and failed. But now im gonna do it hardcore. I will mine granite until lvl 84 mining Then I will mine myself rune ore until lvl 85 w/ dwarven stout Know i know mining without a dwarven stout even at lvl 85 is hard to mine rune ore but I wanna make some money. CURRENTLY ONLINE: Mining At Quarry World 99 ~~~GRANITE MINED:4K/22K~~~ ~~~SANTA BUISNESS~~~ I had a Santa Hat at one time accualy, it was a few months ago. I had lost it to a keylogger So I wanna get another one by mining rune ore. It will take me 3K i think OMFG 3K THATS GONNA TAKE FOREVER... I know... also there was a historical event where 30 or so players when they got the ring from the dwarf they dropped it as soon as they clicked to go into the blk whole and there chars where perm bandded

Okay here is how it goes Recently i lost my veracs helm from dieing now im not sure should i sell the veracs and buy guthans for slayer I have 4M Coins 1.9M Worth Of Yew Longbows (need to string em) Veracs Full (ALL BUT THE HELMET) Now should i sell or just buy another helment and try and get a dragon chain and use the money i get from the chain to buy guthans? BTW: im also thinking about getting my range to 75 and getting a fire cape if i get guthans...so its confusing :shock:
