trying to avoid spending too much money, what is a good way to train/what spell at LVL 37 magic?

I know there are a lot of mages, and warriors, but where can I find some opponents who use mainly a bow?

I have done all free quests.

Is there a good way to level prayer in f2p without spending several hundred K on big bones/bones? My current plan is bone harvesting at popular training sites, so if there are any of those you'd like to suggest go ahead.

I wonder: How much server space does the bank actually take up? If its at all feasable, then in addition to giving us 1-2 more rows of space, give members unlimited space. That would get them off our backs, but it might not be possible. Granted this plan only works with the new bank plan.
