I pick up anything that I have room for. If someone hasnt picked it up by the time it is visable to everyone, then its fair game. I also agree that all these items add up, and can make you alot of money over time.

oh it is funny to remember being a newb. I had never heard of the game or had any player friends, so the tutorial island was my introduction. I guess I didnt pay close attention. I set off immediately over the bridge and found the goblin house, grabbed a few things and ran. Discovered the chickens, and spent ages killing them while constantly asking people what level I was now (lol). After that I went for a wander and saw someone killing a unicorn, and remember shouting at them to leave it alone (poor beautiful creature). Got lured into the wildy ( a great place to train ), and died and remember thinking, well I enjoyed that but it was a short game. It took me about a week before I spotted the map at top right and found i could click on it to move about, and about 2 more weeks before I knew you could pan the camera (wow, thats a neat idea lol), but I never begged just built it up slowly by doing bits n pieces (I still an and I`m easily distracted). I am still learning level 72 now), and in many ways think I will be a newb for quite some time, after all we cant learn everything in two minutes.

Firstly, can anyone tell me where the lair is located with as much detail as possible. Also I now have ring of charos, but dont know what it does?. I understand I can train in lair without needing food (am level 69), on level 25 experimentals, so any help or advice (stuff I need to take or wear etc) appreciated. thanks :)

hi, can anyone help me please cos this is driving me nuts. have spoken to gardener and entered haunted woods several times now. He says this is the spot, but when i dig all i get is "nothing interesting happens". I have tried digging the immediate area by r click and use spade, and r click dig, but cant find the head. I have to keep leaving the area for more food because the vampires will not leave me alone. Is there something im missing? the area all looks the same, cannot see a specific spot to dig, or should I be carrying something that helps me? Any help appreciated. thanks in advance :(

i got my rune skirt upstairs in the champions guild. seemingly they give same protection as legs. :)

hi, everyone, Am new to this so hope this is okay. Have been asked in game a few times how old I am, and have always had responses of "no way", "ur lyin" and "wow" etc. So have decided to ask if I am the oldest player ( I doubt it thou). I am 49 years old (female) with a soon to be 17 year old daughter. I discovered RS about 2 months ago, and am now totally addicted. So folks is there anyone out there playin thats older than me, or are you too afraid to speak up? LOL :)

I dont think playing Runescape is childish at all. I am 49 years old (and female) and love the game. Discovered it about 2 months ago, and cant stop playing now. Either you say you play the game or not, it depends on the circumstance at the time. Most important is too enjoy it. :)
