Much better, putting like half a house under the cliff would make it a lot easier to tell it was a cliff, umm, waves need to wrap around the island more, aand more falling effect needed on the char, maybe some lines or summin for both the char and the hat? Ya, you could prolly smooth it and still be under 30k, its ok I guess, the details are pretty small and common, often repetitive.....a bit plain, especially since the txt takes up a lot of the sig space.... Gif are the only legal animations here, since you have to have flash to see .swf I do believe...I may be wrong about that, but I know that it needs to be .gif There should be an option to save your avvy as a gif, whereas in PS, there is a seperate option of "Save Optimized As..." Look around for something like that and tell me how it works out :D J272
