Those are the quests required to do parts of RFD and quests you need to do to start quests required to do RFD...if that last part made some sense.

what level should I be to melee ankous? I have 70 atk and str, 67 def (workin on to 70), with rune plate, rune legs, rune boots, rune gloves, rune def, helm of neitiznot, glory, obby cape, and d scimmy. Would I be able to do alright there? Also, going to try and get salve ammy instead of glory.
