i might be completely off by i think you can pursue it legally on the terms of 'refusing service' which means any paying customer can buy whatever they want if there is a store/business, if they didnt do anything wrong.

nousername4, you are very ignorant, and no one asked you to look at this topic, we are trying to resolve an issue with the help of the runescape community and you have no right to tell anyone to grow up because this is a serious issue. I gurantee you would be pissed if your account was banned without an appeal and you couldn't talk to jagex in any way you tried, and even if you did suceed you didn't get a reply back, you need to slow your roll, obviously this has to be a mistake, and everyone in this situation has to be patient, but it's been 5 days for me, and I'm not sure how long for other people, and believe me patience only goes so far, I am still patient, but I understand peoples problems and concerns, and I don't believe what you posted was relevant to the issue we presented to the runescape community, as asked earlier, if anyone knows a Jagex mode that has any new information for us? please post it so we can understand the issue more, until then, stop with your stupid remarks username4.

Narc, they sent me a message after I sent a 'complaint' instead of a appeal, because I didn't have one for being perm muted, then 2 days after, I sent them a complaint saying I'm trying to be patient, I am still waiting on a response and it's been around 5 full days since I been muted, I'll give you a day by day timeline. =/ and to be honest with you i kind of want someone to 'talk too' about this, or somoene that can PERSONALLY respond to me. instead of having automated messages =/. So narc, i been following your posts, and i'm pretty sure you have been following mine since we are in the same situation, you say you have been banned and you can not at all contact jagex?

hellhounds also are found in lvl 54 wild, which in my opinon is best place to train on them, go kill some, run north, cut web, go to bank, come back great xp, good clue scrolls(lvl 3!) =)

it's been 4-5 days since i was perm muted without an appeal and for no reason. They are investgating my account, but I understand you Narc, wow, i can not speak in the game, which is equavilent to being perm banned because i can not trade, get quest help etc, this is horrible, im still waiting for a message that says it was a mistake and i know it was =(
