1. Make sure you didn't get a clue scroll and deposited it into bank, because you can only have one clue at a time. 2. If you need too, you have to drop clue scrolls, for example, if you need to dig into the shilo village and you didn't do quest, you may want to drop it to get another one, other players can't get it because it's not tradable, and it would be like you never had it. 3. Clue drops are random, I love hellhounds, they drop only level 3 clue scrolls. On average it's 50 hell hounds to a clue scroll, usually I get one every 30-50.

I recieved great and VERY reliable news. Everyone who has perm mute or perm banned for a reason which they do not know, and which there was no appeal, just be patient. There is no mass ban and each case is being investigated. How to get your case invesgtiated? send in a customer service complaint since you have no appeal. I don't understand why some people are posting here when they have an appeal, this is for people who were banned without an appeal, and for no reason to their knowlege.

i am so mad and sad too, i don't think it's a mass ban cause there is no "appeal" u kno, at least a lot of ppl wouldn't be here asking y there isn't a final appeal, we NEED answers, please someone contact a mod that works for jagex and not a normal player

dude and to add on that... PEOPLE SHOULDN'T GET BANNED FOR OFFENSIVE LANUAGE OR ASKING SOMEONE THEIR AGE, ITS RIDICILOUS... people who should get banned are scammers, macro users, SERIOUSLY OFFENSIVE LANUGAGE (threats), ppl who ask for pw's and that such, most ppl on rs get black marks from simply swearing, isn't a 1 week mute a good punishment for swearing? y ban someone who pays for your game and vents a little frursation here and there?

i don't appericate stupid remarks to really big issues. either there was a unfair, werid massive ban of players today or there is a mistake, but since a lot of us don't know why this happened and aren't being offered appeals we are confused and i'd appericate help instead of remarks that won't get me anymore right now

So many people inculding me are SO CONFUSED to why they are banned and being perm. muted. DOES ANYONE have this problem happened to them and resolved it already, I sent a complaint, how long till jagex answers me? and answers all of us that have NO IDEA WHY WE HAVE BEEN BANNED WITHOUT A BAN APPEAL THAT WE RIGHTFULY DESERVE? So, in Sepetember I had an offense, and I was muted for a day for it, then after I got off mute, I WAS REALLY GOOD, Did not offend anyone in any way possible. Did not argue, say bad word, make fun of someone, or anything, no scamming, no flooding, I was 100% good. So yesterday, I was doing slayer from 2am till 7am, we had no school on monday, and I was talking to my friend, and suddenely I got muted, for no reason. I waited, then I saw in my account recovery that I'm perm muted, I am cso confused, there was no appeal to it, it just popped up perm muted. I am so confused, I sent a 'complaint' because I can't even appeal, I tried reading messages from jagex and appeal messages, there are NO messages whatsoever. I am SO CONFUSED, Please help? I talked to a mod and they said mistakes like this can happen, if so did it happen to you? and what did(would) you do?

Rsc was the best.... Pking in castle level 13... and pking at level 30 goblins or by axes in members pk... lol everything was better on RSC if there was another switch I would go to RSC but the community isnt big enough... i wish more people would play it =(
