so if i have 60 rwange and 60 mage i can get 90 combat lvls like 40 attack 50 strength without raising a lvl?

I have a pure mage/range account and im wondering if i should get melee, My accounts name is Pur of Life Stats: 1 attack 1 strength 2 defence :wall: 54 range 1 prayer 45 mage 45 hitpoints everything else is "1" COMBAT LVL 38 TEll me what stats to get, im planning on keeping this f2p ok? dont tell me to get 99 range 99 mage think small goals..thanks BUMP if u dont wanna post, POST PLEASE
