When I try to play a game of mine, it asks me to get DirectX I download 9.0c from Microsoft, run it, and it says "This software was bla bla bla not designed for Windows XP bla bla bla" and stops the download. Help!

It's an AVI and it's not corrupted. Also, sometimes certain files will close at a certain point, the exact point they freeze at.

I watch a lot of videos on my computer. Just recently, I was watching an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation ("All Good Things..." if you're wondering) and at certain points in the video, it stops. Sound plays, but the video/picture freezes. I have had this problem before, and it's irritating because it's every 10 minutes. I use BS Player typically for video, but when this happens, I use WMP. They both do the same thing. HELP!

Actually, she's not the admin. Boot it into safe mode and delete the file when you are logged in as "Administrator" Also, grab an iso of Knoppix too. That should be a last resort, but it will work.

Recently, I have developed an interest in soda pop and it's use for... entertainment purposed. I have two questions: 1: If I shook up a can of, say, Pepsi One, and threw it off a stairwell reaching down five stories, what will the radius of the explosion be? 2: Just now, I had the greatest idea. I took Welch's grape juice and Fresca and mixed them in a jumbo cup. Then I added sugar, a spoonfull. To my amazement, the mixture first fizzled and then, the top foam turned blue. It dropped blue liquid off the side of the cub, then fizzled down to a still position.
