so i was bored and thinking the same way, having a mini-game style boss but have the reward based on how u play, so theres less chance of getting tricked out of a share of a drop have it where u earn points, like 1 for every 100hp u do per fight (assuming the boss has like 2k+ hp, or it can heal itself) then out side theres a guy selling caskets for different points 1, 10, 100 each casket has the same drops, only the 100pnt one has a much higher chance of the rare drop this will allow for every1 involve to get a share of the loot, because everyone can earn points
