Raimus is like bigfoot. I can't even remember how many different people claim to be raimus. I was friends with one of them! He was some rich dude, or claimed to be. I do find it rather funny though. I would have expected XDX to do the majority of the kicking. Clans were more fun when you could do whatever you wanted and not have a mob indignant teenagers preaching about how you have offended their pseudo code of honor.

They might take me to that jail near Draynor, where all those guards wear leather "armour". I'm surprised to see you still around Lucca, moreso then seeing Shakazulu around. Actually I don't know, both are pretty unexpected. It's rare when you see a fossil come out of the Museum. I'll bash Anarchy all I please thank-you very much. After all, I certainly did help do the clan world a favour by aiding in their downfall \ But I'm not sure I see this argument you state. In fact, according to a poll over on Zybez, sounds to me like most people like the name The Corruption :thumbsup: To be fair, that probably has more to do with our place in the clan-world rather then the name itself, since when RSD and DI were at the top, people were infatuated with their names as well. I think the name is relevant though, as there is really a lot of Corruption in The Corruption. I once even took a bribe from XhitpointzX to make him a Leader at one point in time, haha. Faking reasons to kick people, and just overall not running a democracy, sounds pretty Corrupt to me. That's why I like the name (aside from the fact that I thought it up). Atleast we aren't some cat, cuz hey, we all know what cats are ;) All this back-and-forthness reminds me of the old days, and how I miss them so dearly haha. you guys. Why is it Anarchy, when there are ranks and applications, etc? At the very best, it should have been called Dictatorship, or Communism. That probably would have made them less terrible too. Ah! That attitude towards swearing is just really immature. You know what's immature? Judging how other people operate by using your own set of standards as a basis for comparison. Maybe swearing doesn't offend us. This social norm you're attempting to impose about using certain words, or doing certain things, is totally ridiculous. Granted, in public you do need to act in a way that is socially acceptable. Notice, however, that I said it was encouraged in our private chat room. To assume that your standards should apply there is both arrogant and just a little ignorant. In short, no, I'm not kidding. You mention social norm. Is the reason of encouragement to swear stemming from being rebellious against socio norm? A lot of people don't really care about the socio norms, hence they don't care about the swearing but few actually goes against it totally. But I do have a comment on this and I would criticize the encouragement as a bit irresponsible as opposed to immature, unless you are very certain of the make up of your community. Not whether or not they are offended but how it might influence them and how to act in public. For many younger people, public, private, online is just the same or very similar thing. For me, I don't swear a lot, but when I do, it actually means something. Probably very different to other people, where some use it as often as we use "lol" online. Oh not at all. It's just rather awkward when we are being our usual selves in there, and we will have someone come in who is, well, a stiff. To say we encourage swearing is synonymous with we encourage rowdy behaviour. I don't deem it irresponsible at all. You have to take into account the fact that people are well warned about the behaviour standards in our chat. We have families in Clan Jaguar, like real ones, and we know when to be quiet when someone's 7 year old wanders into the clan chat or what have you. It isn't really a matter of fighting the man and doing something that typically is looked down upon, it's more a matter of harboring a certain atmosphere that those of us who frequent IRC enjoy. I agree with the way that you have qualified with your statements. I agree that our set up only works with a specific group and wouldn't necesarrily be functional if we had globs of people coming in unaware of how we do things. In that same line of thought, I must again inform Lordofrah1 that his assesment of our situation is one of a close minded individual, who needs to understand that words like "irresponsible" and "immature" are highly subjective and differ from person to person. What you view as such is fine, but to state it in a definitive manner when you have only a narrow view is a little ignorant.

Swearing is encouraged in our IRC. The more the better!

When I was finding my way in the clan world, as a new recruit to Clan Jaguar, there were two clans that stood up above all the rest for me. 'The', Gladz, and BK were around, but quite frankly, I'd never heard of them. The two clans that were ever present for me were Exercitum and RSD. Exer seemed to rule the wild whenever I'd pk. I spent many a day double diaging away from hordes of them. RSD, well, they were just dominant in the wildy back then. I remember more than a few pk trips where we would just be wandering around and then all hell would break loose, with all these purple caped people having their way with me. It was rather traumatic.

Any event that I made. I'm just ****ing amazing. This usually entails a pk trip, however.

Isn't this how ALL clan ranks are determined? Ah well the way I'm interpreting it, they say #1 and in that they mean the strongest wildy clan. I look at how DI was "#1" for over a year isnt it? I just think DS needs to do more to prove they are strongest before making such claims and getting everyone all pissed off. DI had been beating people in wars, but more important was their dominance of the wildy itself in everyday affairs. Course we didn't like it, but they beat the hell out of everyone in pking situations most times. I've never seen DS show dominance like that. So I don't consider them anything more than I used to before the war. Well that's usually how it goes when you defeat the number one clan... :? We are aware that we are not better than DI now, we have to defend the top spot in order to be the best. roflmao dont listen to lucca his clan has lost so many wars that the only thing keeping them sane is that theyre better even if they lose a war rofl So because my clan has lost wars I can't have an opinion eh? I sat there for a good 3 minutes trying to figure out just exactly what you meant, and I've decided it was a compliment. I'm kinda proud that my clan improves after loss or win :) And I highly doubt you have ANY idea about what keeps our kinda clan goin :P
