Ok. this just happend. i was training on lessers on karamajarva (or whatever its called), but i'm forced to return to surface as i ran out if food. by the way, im cmb lvl 67, so this is only natural. on my way out this lvl 72 asks me to sell my rune med, for 10 k. now lokking on stardard player to player trade, this is cheap, but as i only would get round 7.5 k in shop, and i had gotten a spare, i agreed. so the trade is made, and reurn to my trip to the fishing grounds. he then ask me to sell my other helm, though i refuses. at this point he choses to call me a noob. now remember, i'm not whining about being called a noob, it proberly couldn't annoy me any less, i just don't understand why... is it just me whos stupid, and cant understand this action, or is it him whos a dork... the only reason I can cime uo with, is that he fells that his ekstra 5 combat levels makes him fell, that he is far supirior to me... boy talk about a god **** egotrip... so people, please help me figure the bloke/las out. and once more, I'm NOT whining about being called a noob, i just cant see the reason

This is a list of some small things that i think need to be changed. Rewards for reporting rulebreakers. This is an idea giving players a reward for reporting rule breakers. I got this idea, when I, for the fifth time, reported a guy selling gold in lumby. If people got some kind of a reward for reporting people, then I think that more people would do it, instead of just walking by. On the other hand, some might start to report anyone that they can find. Because of this, I have an additional idea. Every X times that someone reports who isn't breaking a rule (this could be every 20th or something) they would get a black mark. This would, naturally, be optional, and not a must for the rule. And now, the fun part; the rewards. The key to this, is not to make them to high, and not to low, so my main idea is to make it escalating rewards, starting i.e. on 1k coins, then next time some air runes, and so forth. Under here there is an idea for the ideas up till 50 reports. 1: 1000 coins 2: 200 air runes or 2k coins 3: 200 mind runes or 5 k coins 5: 500 elemental runes or 10 k coins 10: 50 nature, 50 cosmics, 25 laws or 25 deaths or 25 k coins 25: rune equipment or coins to the value of 100 k 50: rune equipment, runes or coins to the value of 250 k Every report not mentioned here will give the report number times 100 coins. Every 25th report will eliminate 1 black mark. If an account has been muted or something in this character, these black mark reductions can be used to get another appeal (this will cost 1 black mark) Plate body smithing. I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m currently training my smithing a bit, and I have noticed that while smithing plate bodies, you have the option to smith 10. This would require 50 bars, in the inventory that can hold 28̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ also smithing stuff like hammers, b-axes and other thing that demands 3 bars, has this problem. My solution remove the 10 from all, add make x and make all (if either of these are already there, please mention it, and I will change it) Please leave some sort of message behind. I'm still open to improvements, if you think that this is needed.

super idea. the ditch does look really lame, and this would really livven it up. but, as people wrote, for low detail, most of the remains schould be gone. somthing like a spearwall or a crater or two, which would become part of the area would naturrally remain, bur bone and stuff would hinder the gameplay.

The Archaeology Skill - (Surprise on Page 26!)
gammaohm replied to Outsanity's topic in RuneScape Suggestions
Great idea, full support. one minor thing though, the SES's seems, to me, a bit overpowered, I mean, 1000 bloodrunes for one dig... sounds a bit high, but of course, it's only there once every hour. -
that would be downright stupid. doing this would be like saying untill you are 18 (or something) I dont want your money... and by the way; not by a longshot. it would take them about 2 hours, possebly even less, to get a lvl 2 combat

well. here's my idea to stop autoing. lets stop fight them and join them. Please before you start executing me, read the rest. My idea is, simlpy put based on the saying; if you can't beat them, join them. the thing that i'm thinging of is allowing a group of people to be autoers. they schould then be allowed to use the ordinary worlds, and there cut trees, mine ores, or whatever they want to do. they schould, though, be "marked". they schould, like mods, have a mark next to their name, so that they are reginiceable to other players. the thing that I am thinking of could be somthing like a red circle with a yellow egde, and a yellow line through it, and the a capital C in the middle, for Cheater. something like this (i'm working in paint, so it isn't great) The autominers schould then have 3 worlds, were they are allowed to cut, mine or whatever, and then they schould be the only ones who could acces these worlds. on the oher hand, though, he can't do anything but talk and trade in the ordinary worlds, be they F2P or P2P the coins that autoers then make must then be removed somehow. today they sell it on i.e. ebay, so my suggestion is for Jagex to buy coins from these people in order to withdraw some gold from runescape. such a shop schould then be for members only, and it schould also sell coins for players. this though schould be nontradeble, and only useable in shops, where it here will be slightly more worth, something like an additional 10 % or something. if this then is combined woth the idea of making a shop that sells tradeble rares, then everybode would be happy (or so i hope) where the shop then schould be placed, I will let the members decide (im F2P, so I' not familiar with the P2P world) then, in order to stop regular autoers as we know them today, something like safewords, popups or bank pins are needed. I know that a lot of these things have been suggestet before, so some of these ideas will be rip offs, sorry about it, I just think that they are good. safewords; a picture with, say 5 or 6 random letters and/or numbers, with a bunch of lines in them. the human eye can easyli se trhough these lines, and read the lettes, but bots can't, so in this way, the bot is rendore useless. this window is going to popup something like every half hour or so, and if the letters are typed in wrong, the player is automaticly kicked, ad cannot reenter any world, untill they have typed in a safeword. Popups: I do not know if bots can close popup windows, but if they can't, then this will be effective. the idea is a bit like safewords. a popup comes, and he player is then asked to hit either yes or no, in order to conteniu playing. the results will be as fore safewords. Bankpins: This way is more or less the same as bankpins. the only difference is that you have to have one of these pins, in order to play at all. resulst are like above. futhermore the penalty for autoing schould then be much harder, so that, if you are caught once you get a perm mute, and a temp. ban. the seccond time it scould be a perm. ban. siggies: I'm not skilled in making sigies, but do make some, if you got the time Supporters: 1: Gammaoh. 2: 3: Don't supporters: 1: 2: 3: I'm not sure: 1:jemathonical 2: 3: I will update, whenever I have the time. Oh, and by the way, sorry about any spelling or grammer failiures, im dane, so my written english isn't great.

Tip.It Times Presents: The True Meaning of RuneScape
gammaohm replied to Kiara_Kat's topic in General Discussion
This Article is true. almost scary to think about, but even so, it's still true... I play runescape, both for the fun of the game, but also for exidment of being with other Runescapers. on runescape i have met 7 people from the town that i live in (or from very nearby), people that i would never have meet if either i or they haven't been playing runescape. and futhermore one of the things that speaks to me the most, is that the game doesn't require that much to run, and therefore i can play it almosst everywere i can get my hands near a PC that is connected to the Internet... -
Tip.It Times Presents: On Beggars and Begging...
gammaohm replied to Kiara_Kat's topic in General Discussion
Nice Article  keep up the good work. Theres not a lot that i dont like about Runescape, but beggers are high on my list. one way to cope with them is simply to ignore them. unfortunaly one can't report them (yet) but hopefully Jagex makes beggin against the rules, just like makroing and cropping. no matter what jagex chosses to do, ignoring beggers is the only way to cope with them at this point -
Tip.It Times Presents: Is there a "For Sale"...
gammaohm replied to Kiara_Kat's topic in General Discussion
Great article. Must say that I'm amazed that jagex makes so much money, a thing I never would have guessed, but then again, it makes sense. I just hope that if Jagex do sell the game, that it won't affect the gamers, they be f2p og p2p.
