I took one crystal bow fully charged and made it up to the round before the Jad before my prayer pots ran out, my bow was on 5/10. My range is 75. Hope that helps.

The Ying - Yang amulet does nothing at all. It can be purchased from the make over mage for something like 100gp-300gp.

A long time ago, back when there was only classic and no members, you could speak to a dwarf in the dwraven mines and he would send you into a "Black Hole Experience" to see what it would be like being banned. It was taken out of the game long before Runescape2, hence the rarity of the disc of returning he gave to you to escape the black hole.
