I have played both wow and runescape a lot over the years. I hope this hasn't been said before in this thread, but atm i'm kinda too lazy to read everything, anyway, here goes: If you're a hardcore player in WoW, the content gets old and boring so fast. You get a major content patch in about every 6 months, few months here-there, where as in Runescape the updates are constant and happen more often. For someone who said that WoW has weekly updates, you're wrong. WoW has weekly server maintenance and sometimes they toss in some bug fixes and other stuff like that to the game during them WoW has turned into a game where you basically just log in and get the best gear, a casual, care-bear game. But in runescape things actually take some effort and there is a death penalty, which is a very important aspect in mmos imo. //edit: also, the poster above me summed some things up really nicely.

Tried this morning, got killed by Jad. :D Was very fun and thanks again for the guide and videos. :) My stats: 75 ranged, 84 hp, 84 def, 61 pray. Equipment: Full ranged void, guthix stole, zamorak book, rune c-bow, emerald bolts(e), accumulator, ring of recoil. :P Would i have higher chance of beating Jad with karil/verac armor mix or should i stick with void, since i already made it to him?

I usually play alone but luckily two of my good friends still play. Over the years i've played alot of my friends have quit, tho i've never had my tons of friends, i'm more of a person who prefers 1 good friend over 10 people who just to occasionaly talk to.

Bump. Are all equal stats good for doing barrows with veracs? Are tank stats good?

Hi, i hope this is the right sub forum for my post. Anyway, i don't know what melee combat stats i should go for. Should it be high attack, str, or def? Or all equal? Currently my attack, str and def are lvl 79. My main interest would be monster hunting (DK, KQ), god wars dungeon and maybe also PK-ing.

Some names i remember from rsc time are black jesus, wife beater and 2 players called "mom" and "dad" fighting in varrock wilderness :P Also, my friend had player called "Aneurysm" :D
