Another note on spiritual warriors (if it has not been stated already): I'm not sure about all of them, but the armadyl warriors are incredibly weak. you have to kill them with range or magic, as they are flying, but they will almost never hit you. From memory, I didn't need to eat at all on my last task, but I honestly can't remember. You need lvl 70 range, mith+ crossbow and mith grapple.

as far as I'm aware, that;s a different type of broken armour. What I usually get is the same as the image in database. I think if you repair it in your house it will turn out to be platelegs, rather than the other type which makes platebodies. Not sure, I haven't found that type of broken armour before.

After browsing the cooking page recently, I've come across the new section on request assistance. I noticed that most of the section is underlined as a hyperlink may be. After closer inspection, it appears that a tag is missing from the first line of the section, and should read: Request Assistance
