A friend of mine had that same problem, he would just get consistent nose bleeds, and not from watching women either. They removed something in his nasal passage which drastically stopped the nose bleeds.

I plan on getting one on my upper torso, only problem is soon I plan on taking the GYM alot more serious by going to a proper one and get a real trainer, not myself who knows nothing, and I'm a bit worried if it'll stretch slightly if I tone my chest up (aka tight). Interesting thought, Have it extend from my upper-left torso and slowly turn it into a sleeve (only it'd be a short-sleeved sleeve due to work hunting etc.).
