It automatically Downloads/Runs the Script and Cache data from the Active Primary Drive. if its speed you want, you'll need to alter a few things, Such as Increase RAM (if needed), Run Disk Cleanup to get rid of unused Files and Defragment your C: Drive so its more compact rather then have bits of Data sitting everywhere.

Ouch. I had that 2 years back. Personally I backed everything up and re-installed my OS. Try going into Safe Mode and (HOPEFULLY) you have a Restore Point set from before it all originally happened. Elsewise, get a friend to download something legit like Avast! or AVG and install that, update then scan and hopefully it will get rid of the Malware. Or if your desperate there's my above option.

You could do Serum 207's, Fast with average exp. Only problem is they're un-tradable and un-stackable. <_<
