Whats the most common methods and does it really work? I know a few TIF'ers meditate and does it help clear the anger and other emotions? just lately I seem to be really pent up.

Got my pay from work. $250, $20 an hour casual. at least the pays good for a few hours a week down the road, it'll help pay for the little things I need like new clothes.
