Flesh cralwers in level 2 at Stronghold of security. They are agressive so it goes a bit faster too, It's very rare that they hit you so not much food needed, But those zombies can be a pain sometimes.

Failed curses... Buy the runes from Betty in port sarim. Bodys are around 3-4 gp each and the waters are about 9-11 gp each, A lot of world hopping is neccesery but it's kinda the best thing to do. Buy an earth staff from Zaff in varrock center and wear any full metal armour(as bronze/rune etc...). Go to the keyroom in varrock sewers and curse the zomibes that are there. You get 29 exp per curse wether you fail or succeed. The only problem about this is that you don't get any hp exp but that's not the end of the world.
