I don't really know. Pretty much anything and everything is a taboo here. And one thing i can specifically remember is that anything containing codeine isn't legal. Not sure why. Remember hearing a story about a year ago of this British guy who went to pick up medication that was mailed to him, at the hospital. When he asked for his package he got arrested and spent some time in jail (i think it was a month) because the medication he was to pick up contained codeine. I also don't think you can get aspirin here. You take cough syrup that has codeine in it and mix it with soda and then drink it to get high. It's pretty common in the southern US and people go to the hospital because of it all the time. I can't really blame them for making it illegal. I just think they go a little over the top with their enforcement.

Anything you don't one hit should be poisoned. It really shines when it virtually eliminates overkill loss. Weapon poison is seriously the most OP thing in the game, especially since it costs like 3k/hour to use. I'd pay 100 times that, easily

Back when I played it was worth it to use it on literally anything that could be poisoned and took more than like 2 hits to kill. If it was updated in the last year or so, then you'll have to do the math on your own Iirc the potions all have the same strength and accuracy, but they last different amounts of time. Usually the lowest level one is the most cost effective
