Well, it's now controlled by Norway, and various other people. Hypothetically speaking, if I were to get permission from Norway, would I be allowed to use my old information? The information was hidden in my capital, Turku, in an underground thing, along with a bunch of other things I researched.

Now I have to do another 50 years of research on nuclear energy. What if I sent a ship to Findenland and found all the documents that contained the necessary information? Would that cut down my research time? Edit: I noticed a face in my siggy. The circle and half-circle are the eyes and the slug thing is the mouth.

Do I have the technology that Findenland had? Or did I completely start over?

I would define a super weapon as something that would immediately destroy someone. This would take several years. But I won't research it, I don't want to make any more war.

I knew he was saying he sent bombs containg the base ingredients for water, but i did not know that he had not researched neuclear weaponry while I also thought he was using the wrong term(meant neuclear, posted fusion), a single hydrogen-oxogen fusion bomb could if made properly leave a country in ruins, a hydrogen-hydrogen bomb could devaste a planet as it has the same force as a star. I may just start researching that.

Oxygen-hydrogen fusion missiles are extremely basic, kinda like i don't know, taking some hydrogen and some oxygen and putting them in metal casing and then sending them to your planet.
