  2. I try to decipher pureprayer's post, but give up and impale him with the Upper Case I then take the cheese he drops and runs away with it, dropping pointy letters all over the place to cover my tracks.
  3. This isn't working. In fact I think it empowers abc. So instead I behead him, stick his head on a pike, stick the pike through his body, and stick his body on a jousting sword. Then I take the cheese.
  4. It won't work against tormented demons. If you read the description of the special attack carefully it says PLAYERS who use prayer or wear god items. As for its utility as a primary weapon, its about the same as a Adamant Crossbow, except that it can only fire normal, un-enchanted bolts up to Adamant, and Bone Bolts. I've tried Emerald (e) bolts and it said it wouldn't work. If this is intentional then its use as a primary weapon is limited since it can't fire Diamond (e), but if its a glitch, its a very disappointing glitch, because overlooking enchanted bolts is a silly thing to do when designing a new crossbow.
  5. banned because e ^ ( i x ?) = -1
  6. Interesting post, my thoughts on your worries is that the staff and writers that voice themselves so openly will continue to do so. Not knowing details, my mind leads to the question, why would the want to change us? The fact is they can't. We are who we are. Some may worry about the influx of "noobs" from RSOF but what about the other 50% of respected posters? Imagine if they came here where they are not limited to lame 2000(? forget exact) posts and no images. I see a bright side to it. The moderators will watch for spam (if this influx happens in first place, I have no idea of details) and things will be taken care of. While I am skeptic overall, I am definitely looking forward to the interesting road ahead of Tip.It as a whole. You're right on a number of counts. The spammers and flamers will certainly be dealt with by the Tip.It moderators, something which slipped my mind when voicing my concerns earlier. I'm sure that the Jagex Moderators and the forum moderators try their best, but the presence of the Tip.It moderator team is 10-fold what their presence is. Also something else I thought of that I hadn't before is that most of these immature players that I'm worried about probably won't even come to our forums. They'll just use the website quest guides or databases. Still, this a prospect that makes me uncomfortable. I'm still worried that Jagex will try to change the way we do things around here. I hope the Tip.It staff will have the courage to say "No" to Jagex, even if it means risking the partnership.
  7. I'd just like to express a concern I have. This may have already been mentioned, but I don't know for sure. I'm worried that Tip.It might change the way they do things because of this partnership. They might not do things they normally would have done and they might make things more sterile here in order to preserve their partnership. Will we need to start censoring words that are censored on RuneScape? Will staff stop criticizing Jagex as much? I'm not saying that they'll do this on purpose, but subconsciously, they might be more reserved than before the partnership. Also, I'm not sure if I want Tip.It to be advertised on the RuneScape website... It could really deal a serious blow to this website's maturity level...
  8. giving abc a taste of their own medicine? I'm game ITTC
  9. Newb = New Player Noob = Stupid or annoying player. A lvl 23 can be a newb, but not a noob. A lvl 88 isn't a newb. but could be a noob. lvl 88 can be a newb. But isn't a high level noob a choob? :-k But what does that make a froob? That reminds me... Once, a while ago, I was mining iron to train mining... Then this noob comes along and starts mining iron too. Then he said, "Omg froob cake, iron sucks 4 training leave me alone!" A level 88 can be a newb if he just got membership for the first time and doesn't know how to train member skills or know where member areas are.
  10. Thanks! I think I'll train slayer while I wait for the prices to go back to normal
  11. It can hit 57-57  I tested it myself with 90 range and hit 46-47. Hmm really? I was using it at the Bandos Statues and was hitting mid 20s, once in a blue moon I hit a 30+. Maybe I those Bandos Statues were just a bad spot to try it on?
  12. Agreed with those who say it was an emotional story. The scene where you find Zanik in the Dorgesh Slayer Cave and you sit next to her, that was really touching. The storyline is really quite interesting because you don't really know if the monster you fight was really Bandos, or a Bandos impersonator. That said, the rewards were only so-so. Zanik's Crossbow is fairly weak, even against the Bandos Statues, which they are supposed to be very strong against. The Granite Mace isn't really even worth mentioning. It'll go down as another Granite Helmet. The Agility course seems pretty good, but I haven't tried it exensively. Is if faster than Ape Atoll? Or the the Wilderness?
  13. I hate you for posting an incomplete reason. Were you abducted by Candlejack or someth
  14. Summarize Assess How I can use Super awesome fun-time format for annotated bibliographies! I watched it, but I didn't get it! There was a long part in the beginning where its nothing but a guy talking. No fun! But then at the end: suppositories! Everyone loves those :twss:
  15. I think the funniest part of that image is the 3rd post. Never have I seen such shameless wbm'ing. Also (s)he's a huge hypocrite, because replying to spam IS spam!
  16. Possibly some other ones too, but these are the most important. Those are all the quests in the main series, but the following quests are requisites for the quests in the series [*:1re1uvxb]Rune Mysteries [*:1re1uvxb]Goblin Diplomacy [*:1re1uvxb]The Giant Dwarf [*:1re1uvxb]The Digsite [*:1re1uvxb]The Fishing Contest
  17. I hate you for being judgmental
  18. More like... parabox [hide=]. :twss:[/hide]
  19. Final goblin quest for quest 150 now 100% confirmed :D
  20. Banned just because so can I!
  21. You'll never beat me in crafting! NEVER!!! ...even though I can't craft for a while because the gem prices are doing something crazy.... I suspect a merchanting clan.
  22. My project has been put on hold... I bought 2.5k gold bars and emeralds, crafted emerald bracelets, alched them, then went to buy more... I was confronted by this... Price of Cut Sapphire Price of Cut Emerald Price of Cut Ruby Price of Cut Diamond #-o :wall: Merchant clan? Jagex helping players figure out the price they want to pay? Whatever it is nothing is profitable anymore except sapphire bracelets, but I want to get more xp than I would making those... I need to wait... :(
