  1. Just done it - the only HP I lost was on the zombies, because I didn't use prayer. Thanks guys!
  2. Attack: 60 Strength: 52 Defense: 50 Magic: 48 Prayer: 41 Range: 20 Should I get my strength up, and melee it, or should I keep my distance, and use magic blasts? Which skills should I raise before I am able to do it? I was thinking about getting my prayer to 43, buying a few prayer pots, and then using magic on the tree beast, while using protect from melee. Your views?
  3. Lobsters, Swordfish, Yews, Coal, Runite. Those are the main ones for F2P.
  4. Huh? Alright. So the outcome is that I should go for moss giants? I can kill them without lobsters pretty easily, so I should be able to collect items quickly. EDIT: What about unicorns? They always drop Unicorn horns that are worth about 900 on the G.E.
  5. I'm training my combat stats, while hopefully earning a little bit of cash on the side. My combat level is 67 (or 66, I can't quite remember) and my stats are as follows: Attack: 57 Strength:50 Defense: 50 Range: 20 Magic: 48 Summoning: 10 Which out of the following should I slaughter in order to earn a little cash? White Wolves Moss Giants white Unicorns Chaos Druids Any help would be appreciated! Cheers.
  6. Uninstalled and reinstalled Java. Problem solved. Thanks for your help.
  7. Windows XP SP2 x1650 Sapphire (512 MB) GFX Card 2 GB DDR2 RAM Java plugin version 1.6 I'll delete my cache again now. Further information: I just rescanned, I appear to be affected by the Vundo virus. Should be clear now - so I'm clearing my cache, then I'm restarting. I'll post again with results. EDIT: Virus gone, cache cleared... Applet still not loading.
  8. It's only been happening since this morning - once I have picked the detail mode, membership, and world, it gets stuck on the 'Loading Java Applet' phase. I've tried clearing my cache - and changing my Runescape java options, I've also tried updating my firefox to version 3.0. I've also run 'Malware-Bytes' for malware and adware. Any other ideas? Nothing has changed since last night, when it was working fine - I just don't understand what the problem could be.
  9. Yeah it's probably best to stick to X-Bow and bolts. Just buy them and choose a monster with decent drops to pay for them. Do Animal Magnetism quest, you will get an accumulator which picks up a lot of your bolts/arrows for you. Are there any requirements or recommendations for that quest? I'm pretty low levelled.
  10. Okay. So I should stick with normal range until higher levels? Would it be cheaper if I made my own arrows too?
  11. I have 17 range, and I'm interested in training it before I take on quests such as Monkey Madness - is the Cannon the way to go? I'm aware it's pretty expensive (750,000) but is it worth it? What are your views? Thanks.
  12. I'm hoping to level my Runecrafting - but I'm not sure of the best method, I'm level 33. What altar gives the most XP/hour?
  13. I'm not sure, I've never tried it before. However, the XP earned is like 4 times that of Runes. An Air Tiara is 50 xp EACH, if I recall correctly. I've never been any good at minigames. :(
  14. Aw Nuts - I was afraid of that. Okay, I'll do that then! I'll spend a few hours collecting, and then go ahead and make them. I need the attack XP anyway. Thanks!
  15. Is there any areas in member's worlds that have spawns for air talismans? I've decided to level Runecrafting by binding them with Tiaras, as it's easier XP. Are there any locations that spawn them? Or will I have to kill monsters for them?
  16. Thanks for all the ideas, guys. I'll read up about the quests you've listed - and have a look at which quests I can do. At level 64, what would be the highest level monster I should dare fight, with teleportation runes, and a full inventory of lobsters? Wearing full rune, with a rune scimi, of course.
  17. I can't screencap, because my printscreen button is glitchy right now. My combat level is 64. Attack 54 Strength 50 Defence 50 Mining 61 Smithing 57 Fishing 62 Cooking 63 Construction 42 etc. Just recommend me something to do, that can be done at a lower combat level - and I'll do it. If I can't, I'll just level up the needed skills until I can. :P
  18. I'm aware tip.it has a quest calculator - but this doesn't help with regards to usefulness of each quest, nor combat involvement. I am level 64 - with average stats... What quest should I do next? Here is a list of ones I have done. ALL F2P quests. The Dig Site Druidic Ritual Dwarf Cannon Fishing Contest Getrude's Cat The Lost Tribe Nature Spirit Priests in Peril Recruitment Drive Shades of Mort'ton Tears of Guthix Watch Tower Witch's House Wolf Whistle The Freminik Trials Observatory Quest Tree Gnome Village The Grand Tree Monkey Madness Lost City Plague City Any ideas?
  19. Could I still earn a profit if I bought the gold bars, and the sapphires, though? :)
  20. I've decided to train crafting up a bit higher - what is the best way to do this? Some sites I've read say stick with normal leather, or flax. They seem to be ridiculously low XP, and take a very long time. For level 50, I only need 900 silver bars - should I do silver work? Is that decent XP for me to settle on until level 60? If not, what should I do next?
  21. Ok, that sounds about right. Thanks. :)
  22. Can anyone give my a rough estimation of what levels fishing for swordfish becomes worthwhile? Last time I tried, it was pretty slow - and I got an average of 2 swordfish per full inventory. What kind of levels will I catch more, and quicker? Thanks.
  23. Ah - so Spam teleporting is a decent way to level up? I wasn't sure about that. I've been a member for two months, and I still don't know this things. *headdesk* I'll invest in some more Law runes, then do that. Thanks!
  24. I'm currently level 44 - and I'm trying to get to 45, in order to use the Camelot teleport. I don't mind about the cost - what would be the fastest way to level it? I'm under the impression that the "higher" spells don't always mean more XP. Thanks.
