Although you should only be able to equip/un-equip skill capes that are F2P Skills.
e.g. So you can equip/un-equip a Strength Cape, but not a Hunter Cape.
I think that would cause unecessary complications and would anger a few people.
Also, they would've had to been member at one point anyway.
PS: And Bolt's 200m record is actually 19.30 :

Gold can still be transfered and accounts are still able to be sold.

I know there are more than four lines behind west bank and I've seen people fm infront east bank.
Also, I think it would be really helpful if there were pics of the starting points. I could help with that.

Is the the dynamic signature menu and signature menu for creating it suppose to go on the ad?
Also, Could we also make a new one if you want to change it?
No limit to how many you want to make...just don't abuse that privilege since we are the ones that have to look through all of them and reject the unfit ones. :wall:
Wouldn't it just be easier on you guys if you caught the bad sigs that people make rather than checking every single one? I'm guessing 90% of the custom sigs wouldn't violate the rules.

I support this, could the login pin be the same as bank pin? I only read the first post but this is a very good idea!
The login pin is essentially the same thing as the bank pin only the login pin makes all other pins unecessary. It covers the entire account.

I'm really hopping 99 fm will help with the rewards, but I'm guessing that the update will just be an alternative way to train fm with worthless rewards.

I doubt that the thread you saw is a year and half old.
I have seen other topics extremely similiar to this on RSOF. I was f2p when I made this thread. When I became member for month(about a year ago I'd have to say), I decided it was a good idea to post it on the Official Forums. After a few supporters, I was approached by someone that said that I had copied his friend's idea. I checked out this topic and found out it was only a couple weeks old. I apologized and gave my support to the suggestion. A couple days later, the thread could no longer be found and was probably eaten by the page 51 monster. Wow, I'm suprised I remembered all that.

No, I do not support f2p skillcapes. This suggestion is for f2p that have been members and already have their skill capes or members that are visiting free worlds.
