How about, instead of Varrock and Falador, Miscelania and an enemy island, as all those who have done the Throne of Miscelania quest are the regent (Acting ruler) of miscelania, and thus would have a key reason for fighting, the better you do in the wars, the higher your favour gets, the more resources you can select to gather (For instance, you fight in a forest, if you win you can get your subjects to gather new types of wood, such as oak, willow, yew etc) and the more resources you will gather in a set period of time (for instance, you take over another coalfield, you get coal faster). This would mean low lvls have a very low chance of being caught in any crossfire, and it would be a good reward for a new quest, that would suit both high lvls and lower lvls.

I found this comment extremely funny, I never knew that monkeys could type as badly as this one, not specifically this post, but most of his posts and all those similar, it seems to be apparent that not only are they prejudiced morons, but they fail to have even a basic grasp of the English language, which renders any point they attempt to make, null and void... Now, getting to the real issue, I am level 81 combat, and if I am a "noob", then so are most people, as I have worked, not begging or scamming, to this combat level, I even alched a whip at christmas, yet I didnt resort to the usual style of "OMGZ I R TEH SCREWED I ALCHED MY WHIP GIVE ME $$$ OR U = FR00B" that I see commonly nowadays, if you wish to make steriotypes on a board, do it on one roughly equivalent to your intellectual capacity.
