I havent even been drunk yet... My problem is finding an environment TO get drunk, no one has house parties anymore and in Newcastle its not to wise to get drunk for a first timer because you've no idea how you'll react AND it's a bit of a crime city when it comes to drunken fights and knifes. Ring up a few mates and just invite them round of a drink. As long as you don't go silly with the amount you drink, then your first time being drunk/tipsy will be fine.
  2. SHAME JIMMEH!!!! Last night was such an awesome game to watch, can't wait for the final now!
  3. I didn't watch the game, but from what I heard Wales should just have gone for a drop goal...

Today has been fairly productive.... Wake up, train, eat, sleep, eat, study. Fun fun.
  5. Yeah, SWAT is my favourite game type. I haven't touched my XBOX for a month now, is the beta for Anniversary in Reach?

Got home from training this morning with a massive craving for bacon. Open the fridge to find that my sister ate it all. I was not happy.

Enforced with a log book the fully licensed driver has to sign. Can get in heaps of trouble if they catch you adding extra hours done. lol yep. what furah said. i luckily didnt get [bleep]ed over. We have a similar thing here, but no one cares about it, or enforces it.

Is the 120 hours a guide line, or do they actually enforce it?
  9. Leg day today. Stairs are now evil things.
  10. Personally I'd recommend doing at least 2+ sets of squats and deadlifts. One doesn't seem enough really. After you've done it on Tuesday, can you post back here with how long it took you to go through all of that? But good luck

My driving test for my licence is on the 26th and I just turned 16. Is that early? yep http://www.rta.nsw.g...sing/index.html takes around 5 years to get a full license here. I dont have my own car either. public transport here is quite efficient however and a lot of people use trains / buses. In New Zealand I could have go my full in one and a half years if I applied myself properly and got everything as soon as I could. I would have been 16 1/2 with my full. It took me a little under 2 years to get it, and I got it they day before my 17th. Unfortunately the public transport in NZ sucks, so you are stuffed if you don't have your licence.

Bike or swim instead. Walking/running/jogging hurts the knees. no bike and it's too cold to swim. Plus I have weak lungs so swimming is out of the question for exercise. I was planning to try out the weights but the area was choc full of about 10 high school kids +3 others. and I'd rather not waltz in, confused as [bleep] and look stupid. Not in front of a large group like that anyway. Maybe I'll sneak out @ 12am and go. Balls up and get in there. Just think, you'll have more confidence when you're huge.

Supposed to meet up with a girl I haven't seen in ages. Sent her a text after training asking if we were still on. Two hours passed since I sent the text, so I assumed that she was busy, and as I was tired I took a nap. Woke up to find that she had replied :ohnoes: Ah well.
  14. ROOOOIDS!! Whenever I see someone weak at the gym for the first time, I applaud them (in my mind, of course). They're making an effort to change themselves for the better, and that's a good thing. Don't be intimidated.

Now THAT could be fun... Today I had Senior prize giving, as it was the last day of the school term. 2 1/2 hours it took :( Oh well holidays now. Two weeks to study hard in freely.
  19. Rule of thumb with protein, have 1g of it per 1 pound of body weight. So you should be having 145g of protein a day. Oh, and muscles are built in the kitchen.
  20. Moved :) How much protein do you take through out the day?
  21. I was just going to mix and match a bit, but mainly it would be legs/upperbody.
  22. Ouchy replied to Leoo's topic in Off-Topic
Needing to sleep and needing to study at the same time is a deadly mix. I want to satisfy what I want in the short and long term now D:
  23. Nice photo's you have taken here, my friend. Wish I had a film camera... As Sam said, you can really feel the emotion.
