Ok, people. Everyone is telling me to post on tip.it on the recruitment thing. I HAVE! And it's brought it like 3 people......VERY slow....

I'm the only one recruiting right now....

Ok, finally I got the date set right. Now everyone get moving!!! We got a runite war to go to on Saturday!!!!!

Ok ok, they are active in clan...but like won't take time to recruit. I've already kicked out tons of unactive members dropping our numbers from 30 to 19....

problem is....i got 19 members and it's looking like only 10 are active...and 5 of those are in a council, and so on....sigh.

to most experienced all-time-f2p'ers banking lobs isn't hard. To a member who just drop subscrition and are used to banking in 5 seconds (cuz members are so dang spoiled, lolz) it will seem very slow. I recommend lob fishing, steel bar smelting, and merchanting things like coal. but lots of times with coal you have to switch worlds alot.

i actually can't run out of money.....i mean, impossible. The Unor Clan Bank is extremely rich. Also, I have to pay these people! Plus, I just want to recruit like 8-10 people....

Hmm....we called them Infantry Units. Ok, I LOVE this idea (btw, your awesome bufoman) i'll try it out. Hopefully it will work, and if not then I'll get new Unit Captains.

I also recommend you NEVER get your clan bigger than what your friends list can hold. I won't let my clan get over 70 members - cuz I'm f2p - 100 friends only on my list. I mean seriously, in a 500 member clan communitcation would be horrible unless EVERYONE (which I doubt every1) is VERY active on a clan website/forums.... In situations like this please edit your previos post instead of replying too it. ~Bufoman

Ok, I am a Clan Leader and i've attempted meetings with only up to 50 meetings and it was VERY hard. Trying to get 30-50 people to vote on something is hard to. Therefore I created the Council. I recommend EVERYONE to do something like this. It's my most trusted, mature, calm, and obedient members in the clan. Now with there help I usually can shut everyone up (always 2 or 3 who keep talking...ehem, air x raid if you ever read this...) So you should NEVER try to shut everyone up on your own, get some help.

Ok, I am the Proud Leader of Unor Clan. And recently me and my captain have cleaned out ALL UNACTIVE members. Dropping our members from 30 to 17. I've come up with a competition for the rest of my clan members: Every 1 person you recruit you get 5k, easy money! my Clan has totally, already done this for Christmas. I made and gave out 100 iron plates and 122 mith meds. boy those noobs got selfish....begging for more and wouldn't stop trading with me....

No no, in the movie, the last battle: the men of gondor had full steel with the white tree on the platebody. Also the archers had full steel and longbows. I'll talk with the guy in charge - just forgot his name - and we'll plan something. I LOVE this idea.

Ok we'll have to organize this alot because we'll have like 5 of each character show up and no plain orcs or men of Gondor. Post each special character and then a name beside it so people know not to come dressed up like that. See where I'm going with this....
