not bad of a guide. Though many HIGH (75+) lvls would know this...but any1 else wouldn't. all in all - Nice guides =D>

Low lvls - cow hides (100-150ea sell in bulk) Medium lvls - Mine coal/ess, steel bars Higher - Pk, fish (lobs and swords) and mine coal (faster than medium lvl) or smelt steel bars (500-600ea) hope this helps you out.

68 fishing - I wouldn't say 1k per hour. F2p is filled with macroners/bots and the one GOOD lob fishing spot is always packed full of people. Unless your buying or something...I would say 500-700 per hour. Or if your just counting continious cooking (no fishing) then yes 1k and hour would be possible...probably more.
