from here to there but where?
If you don't hate the pains and strains of constantly not getting in, Soul Wars is good for quick levelling... every 100 zeal gives you approximately 1 level in my experience, sometimes even more. You can also train on pyrefiends in the game, or simply on other players for the fun of it. If you prefer monsters, I'd point at green drags which also give good drops and have relatively low defence, or fleshcrawlers (yes, even if you're p2p) which also have low defence and drop gems on occasion.

barrows gloves
It is also interesting to note that the item is simply called "gloves" however people call them barrows gloves because of their greyish colour, similar to barrows armour. However they don't degrade, and they also have the best stats for gloves in any combat situation.

Tzhaar Onyx Bolt Tips.
If you have the levels, fletchign and enchanting would give more profit. However it also costs you time, and on a small scale it won't be worth it unless you have all the materials nearby.

Iron Dragon Task
Around 12 doses should be enough with that level. Keep your eye on your chat box, when the pot starts failing drink a new dose. Bring some food in the beginning to get used to it and to get there. Happy hunting :)

max mining exp and mage exp
Do stealing creation until you have a couple of sacred clay staffs. Wear full void mage or splitbark, amulet of fury, wiz boots, ring, etc, and go ancients. Bring brews if you want. Join a couple of Soul Wars games and run to the gate of the opposing team. Switch on protect from melee, stand in the gate of their spawn, and burst someone standing in front of you. Bust once, Blood four times, repeat. Works best if your team controls are the graves. At least 1k xp per cast, and much more when spending those Zeal.

(lock)
I got 2 sceptres, both from the little snake caskets. Sarcophagus gives no thieving xp! Why open it while you can just walk to the white light or tele out and shorten your trip, thus gaining more xp, statuettes/seals, and chance of a sceptre per hour?

Buying A Santa Hat
Yeah, they drop dramatically in januari... however if you 'always wanted one' and have the money to spare, I'd say go for it and buy it right away!

Green dragons, Money/exp per hour?
xp/money rates depend on level and equipment, but it's roughly 150/-300k gp/h (also depending on whether you sell the bones or bury them on the spot, or save em up for gilded). Xp rate, no idea... depends on how many you can slay in an hour. They have 75 hp, so basically 300 times the amound you can kill in an hour. I'm more experienced with aviansies. Addy bars and rune limbs are common, and with 80+ range you can easily gain 400k gp an hour, if not more. Set-up I like alot: Full void range (helm, top, robes, gloves) Armadyl Pendant Bandos Boots Saradomin Cape Unholy Book Rune crossbow with mith or broad bolts Inventory: 1 Super restore pot Fire (battle)staff or runes Nature runes Bones to Peaches tabs Prayer pots or food (I use monks) just in case You can actually killsteal alot on the less crowded worlds, as the creatures in the dungeon fight each other as well. If you even do 1 damage you get the drop. Just collect a lot of bones (kill goblins if you really need em) and break a tab once your inventory is full for fresh food. With this set-up you can easily stay down there for 1k+ kills, and make a lot of money in the process. Happy hunting!

What I hate about getting PKed... other than dying
I know my friend died in the abyss wearing 60m worth of items.
