@pker -I don't mean to hijack this thread but where do you kill them? The wildy area near clan wars or elsewhere?

Yup the GS is only useful to me when your maxed out or can afford it, they aren't really even worth it when pking. The whip is best for attack and defense and the ss is best for str if you don't want to use the d scimmy.

Nah I know you do or at least having a higher one helps alot.

Ah I got my answer but when you get a friend to come with 26k does it have to be in coins only and nothing else or should they bring more?

Or it will leave the new people or the ones left out very poor and cause them to quit the game. I preferred when pking was for the ones who really were "skilled" and money making came from skilling or boss hunting. I just came back to the game yesterday so I didn't dig in to this trick yet but I want to try it at least once before I judge it further. My current statements are based on what I see and hear on the forums.

I have been reading about this new pvp trick called 26king... I am totally lost. I know the pvp system has been changed and with this trick people 4 item and stand in a hot zone to gain Ep. Is that the whole trick? After they get the ep what do they do next? I have been gone for almost six months so I am clueless.

That chemical is nitro... but I think those are the most commonly used and effective, rock cake should be a worthy investment because it lasts forever but takes a while to lose hp. And dhing at barrows isn't wise >.>

I leave for a few months and come to see this... (not to mention I bought members before I even logged on... in 145days :( ) I like the interface, I just hope members will keep me hooked for these two months cause I paid for it, not my parents :lol:

Argh....why have a site then? Most people on twitter use it cause they want to be social and cannot afford a site or manage to create a popular blog...we got loads of members here and I doubt we need to go around trying to be social, thats what we got the game for. Btw twitter is for nubs :lol:

Technically every skill is buy able if it aint done in f2p :thumbsup: But in all honesty you can't "buy" anything in the game because people would put it this way, if you have money you bought the skill. Well have they considered it took time to get the money to speed train it, instead of doing it the slow way without money? In the end, they are sorta the same. Buy able or not, it does take time and time is what gets skills, everything else just helps get there.

Lol why is jagex being a follower... go back to bringing BTS... I miss it :cry: The updates are so rare and think so many people forgot about that mobilizing army game...all Im saying is Jagex ran outta ideas so why are they beating around the bush making twitters? Im sure most of the runescape players want an update, I doubt they could care less about jagex having a twitter or facebook, etc.

Hmm... if you use your fletching cape why not wear guthix dragonhide, its cheap :thumbsup: I haven't played rs in a while so Im dry on ideas but I remember the robinhood clan use to wear green d hide with fletching or ranging capes and they looked nice all the time

What he means by not worth it is the berserk kite but the gloves are a must especially cause they don't degrade unless you go to the FoG guy or die with them :) Not much you can really use in f2p for any training...melee is the only way you can really kill these guys fast and efficiently :thumbsup:

I think getting rid of BTS is a way of Jagex trying to hide they fact they don't have too many ideas left and what they do plan, it fails and we just end up waiting for updates and don't get them (Just my opinion). Stealing Creations hopefully comes out this month, Ive waited for it for a while and am very sad it wasn't released sooner... Im not demanding or saying Jagex fails but getting rid of BTS just ruins the fun of waiting and working for this month. Usually knowing whats comming helps decide what you will do this month or what you will play for, without it Im hopeless... On a side note...almost got enough for 1 month of runescape mems on my paypal so bewarned rs Im comming back this summer :P

The power issue of these new weapons would definately be unfair...Im thinking of a balance which would be something like , a really fast weapon with moderate stats like a dagger with the speed of getting 2 hits off in the time of a normal attack of a d scimmy making sure its max hit is nothing above 25 at 99 str or a really powerful hammer which is 2x the slowness of a 2h but makes up for it with unbeleiveable strength and accuracy and doesn't pass a 70 hit mark... At this point in the game I think its the end though... any better weps would disrupt the game and better armors would require better weapons which would require more hp. Its just a loop until everyone is one hitting each other or new weapons are created but with unique abilites and not just weapons which are over powered.

Good tip but you never stated how much exp and hour it was or how much profit or loss. Plus I think if you enchant em you make more money am I right?

I wouldn't sell it, bandos is just overall good and claws are really useful for mainly pking, if you won't do that then don't but if you wanan go heavy then go for it...

Do zammy.... make sure you know your 3 item limit. I can create an extreme noob but effective set up for you if you need. I used it when I was 90 too and I actually profited (made my first 50m that way). You Deadly would have to tank though for sure and should be able to manage it....plus you can run around to avoid kril which is helpful, make sure your team can hit well enough to trust them with your life but you should be fine. A tele tab always saves your life and since you went with a team now you have some experience on how it works,etc. Get 80 def first then try. The 3 items your saving if you die are d hally, whip and karils top (correct me if Im wrong) Weps: 1)D hally for specs if you got no gs and Whip Head: Nothing In particular -you pick what you like and can afford :[ Shield: Zammy book Ammy: Holy symbol Legs: Black Dragon hide chaps Boots: Mountain climbing Body: Karils top cape: The best boost one you got... a team cape if none :\ gloves: Any you like, RFD gloves are recommended but if you got none combat bracelet :P ---------------------------------------------- That should allow you to fight without worrying of losing too much at death, your inv won't be too expensive cause at death you save your 3 most expensive items. For food you will need sharks, a tele tab(varrock or fally I recommend), an super anti posion, a super set, 4 pray pots should be enough cause you got bad armor :s and an optional any energy pot if you plan to run from kril while your team attacks him. ------------------------------- Well yea thats it... I did that when the zammy godsword was at its peak and I was at the ditch. It works until your ready to play real and the skills to back yourself up. Btw don't yell at me if your doing one or two trips or at most three cause this is a cheap "safe" way of doing god wars with a small weak group. The above calculations may be correct (Im semi-retired so no clue atm) but you must consider that lobs are more in demand. When I got 99 I found it easier to sell and buy them until I got to monks of course \ . Since your going for 80, I would recommend lobbs just cause they are faster or were to me, you can do swordies too but get some feedback from some people on how they sell and buy plus you burn these till 81 right without gloves?

Except it's only usable on boss monsters? Explain again why you can't just lower boss monster defence... :| As someone stated above....cause the lower levels will be able to do tougher monsters... and its not fair that people who didn't work "as hard" should be allowed to have the oppurtunity to kill monsters which people worked so hard to get the chance to kill. (This is supposed to help stronger characters not newbies)

eh I sorta agree with you. I know what you mean, when I get to the higher levels then I am now, I too would like some decenter items to accompany it. Bandos is so good but so cheap its not even worth it... but gear that would let you hit 60+ often for around 100m is definately not fair...it would be abused at pvp and soul wars, castle wars, etc. I agree though there should be powerfuler gear for higher levels but not that strong... maybe around 30-40+ but it shouldn't be too cheat or too overpowered and it shouldn't be cheap...around 100m+ like you said because loads of people just noob grind and get high levels...its not fair for people who earn there levels the hard way.
