It would be safer to use your own mobile phone surely? if you use their phone everytime a bill comes through (month/week) you'll have to make sure they don't notice it and they surely will. If you top up your mobile phone and pay for it then only you should know, I also rekcon this way is better than sending cash in as cash can get lost in the post.

yeah I have to agree that 2 looks the best but it is pretty common and you won't be able to run for very long in it. I reckon 4 as a second choice.
