To answer ur question,fly fishing is not the only thing you can do at Barbarian Village.You can also do river bait fishing,which will catch pike. To answer your main question,train at rockcrabs,moss giants,ice giants,lvl 38 wolves,the lvl 73 wolf leader,experiments,baby blue dragons,blue dragons,ice warriors,black knights,white knights Gnome terrorbirds,lessers,greaters,and Ogres(there are more but there are too many). for f2p,keep 50 attack get 70+ str 70 range and get magic too(to 59+)Get 25/31/34 prayer after those.For members get 60/70 attack,70+/80+ str,82/85/94 magic.Right now it is a 8/10

Thats excellent work.ur attack is good for now,str is very good,range is good and so is magic.Just before becoming member get magic to 65/70 for water wave/earth wave.Get 59 attack(not 60) also before upgrading to member(59 for monkey madness)
